RESOLUTION NO. 1484
SERIES OF 1995
TITLE:
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 ANNUAL BUDGET, AUTHORIZING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF THE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT 1987-1 BONDS.
WHEREAS, this proposed action will save the City of Wheat
Ridge $61,615; and
WHEREAS, the City has been diligent in cOllecting the
payments on the Special Improvement District in an attempt to
assist both the City and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the City will call the bonds and pay the bonds
for the years 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997; and
WHEREAS, the city has the funds available for the bond
payments it is necessary to increase the budget expenditures for
the Special Improvement District (Fund 26) and the increase will
come from the Special Improvement District Fund Balance; and
WHEREAS, the 1995 Special Improvement District Budget
will be amended to $475,000 in Bond Principal Payments, 26-701-900-
901, and Bond Interest Payments will be increased to $41,990; 26-
701-900-902;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the city council of
the city of Wheat Ridge has amended the 1995 Annual Budget.
