RESOLUTION NO. 1498

TITLE:
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 1497, SERIES 1995, AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION 909, SERIES 1984
BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. Resolution 1497, Series 1995, is hereby rescinded.
2. Paragraph 10 of Resolution 909, Series 1984, lS
hereby amended to read:
10. Each purchase requisition exceeding
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) must be
approved by the City Administrator prior to
placing any purchase order. All price
quotations and bids for items over One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in value shall be
presented to the City Council for official
decision and award.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 28th day of November, 1995.
