TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY OPEN SPACE
OFFICIALS TO SECURE AN APPRAISAL, SURVEY, TITLE
COMMITMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT, DETERMINE FAIR
MARKET VALUE AND NEGOTIATE FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE
PROPERTY CONSISTING OF SEVEN AND SIX TENTHS (7.6), MORE
OR LESS, LOCATED AT 4900 MARSHALL STREET IN WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THE WHEAT RIDGE SANITATION PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the property is located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado
consisting of approximately seven and six tenths acres (7.6) more
or less; and
WHEREAS, this property is located in an area of Wheat
Ridge where the Parks and Open Space Plan recommends that
additional land be acquired; and
negotiate

WHEREAS, the City desires to investigate the value
the fair market value of this property under
County Open Space Program; and
and
the
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge that the Jefferson County Open Space officials
be hereby authorized and requested to secure an appraisal, survey,
title commitment, environmental assessment, determine fair market
value and negotiate for the acquisition of the property,
consisting of seven and six tenths (7.6) acres, more or less,
located at 4900 Marshall.
