TITLE
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO OPEN
A BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE DESCRIBED BELOW
WHEREAS, the CIty of Wheat Ridge MUnIcIpal Court may order the postmg of
bond by a defendant; and
WHEREAS, a separate bank account must be established for the accounting for
the specific purpose of the deposited funds, and
WHEREAS, the banking services now bemg provIded by BANK ONE are not
satisfactory and there IS a need to make a change to a different financial mstItutlOn.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the CIty CounCIl of the CIty of
Wheat RIdge, that the CIty Treasurer be authorized to open a new bank account at Vectra Bank
of Wheat RIdge for the purposes described above
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS 25th day of March, 1996
