RESOLUTION NO. 1604
Series of 1997
TITLE:
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 1386 AND 1357
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge City council in previous actions
adopted Resolutions 1386 and 1357, regarding the formation of a
Business Development Commission; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of Wheat Ridge has determined
that an alternate means of providing economic development citizen
involvement is desired;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wheat Ridge city
council that Resolutions 1386, series of 1994, and 1357, series of
1993, are hereby rescinded;
DONE AND RESOLVED this 14th day of July, 1997.
