RESOLUTION NO. 1610
SERIES OF 1997
TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
AGREEMENT NO. 97-02.12 REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
MAINTENANCE ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS FOR CLEAR CREEK,
CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE TO REQUEST $50,000 IN FUNDING FOR THE
GREENBELT TRAIL RELOCATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has contracted for the construction of the
Greenbelt Trail Relocation Project; and
WHEREAS, The Urban Drainage and Flood Control District has allocated funds
to assist In the construction of a maintenance access to Clear Creek; and
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge desires to request the Urban drainage and
Flood Control funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to sign the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District Agreement No 97-02.12
regarding the construction of Maintenance Access Improvements for Clear Creek, Wheat Ridge
to fund a portion of the Greenbelt Trail Relocation Project in the amount of$50,000
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS 23rd DAY OF
