RESOLUTION NO. 1633

TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CITY
TREASURER
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Robert C. Middaugh, city Manager, or
Jack A. Hurst, Chief of POlice, City of Wheat Ridge, is authorized
in the name of the City of Wheat Ridge, to collect, and assign all
checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable or non-negotiable
instruments payable to this City, or in which this City has an
interest, and to draw, sign and deliver, in the name of this city,
checks or drafts against the funds of this City on deposit in the
First Bank of Wheat Ridge;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carrying
out this resolution that Robert C. Middaugh or Jack A. Hurst
mentioned aforesaid be and are appointed as Deputy Treasurers for
the City of Wheat Ridge in the absence of the City Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority of the
aforesaid Deputy treasurers to perform each and all of the powers
conferred by the foregoing Resolution shall be in effect from
November 10, 1997;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution supersedes
and rescinds previous resolutions appointing Deputy City Treasurers
and shall remain in effect until notice of termination of such
authority shall be served in writing upon the First Bank of Wheat
Ridge, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS 10th day of November, 1997.
