RESOLUTION NO. 1671
TITLE
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
APPROPRIA nON AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE 1998 DEBT
SERVICE FOR THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE RECREATION CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge did enter mto a short term finance agreement to
fund the constructIon of the recreatIOn center requlflng annual payments of pnnclpal and mterest;
AND
WHEREAS, an amendment to the budget IS reqUired to Implement the terms of the
agreement and to provide for the first year payment 01'$1,599,44889; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CIty of Wheat
RIdge, that the 1998 budget be amended to reflect the authonzed payment of $1 ,599,448 89
relatmg to the fIrSt debt service payment for the recreatIon center constructIOn from the
appropnate fund
