SERIES OF 1998
TITLE
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE FUNDING OF THE
WADSWORTH CORRIDOR STUDY
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge deSIres to complete a study of the Wadsworth
Corndor, and pay for the study from several sources; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has the opportumty to receive $25,000 from the
Office of Energy ConservatIOn for the purpose of asslstmg with the funding of the
Wadsworth Corndor Study; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge will provide $27,500 offundll1g from the CapItal
Fund, Fund Balance, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge will provIde $27,500 offundll1g from the EDARC
Budget, $15,000 from 37-120-700-750 and $12,500 from fund balance, and
WHEREAS, the funding for the Wadsworth Corridor Study will be consohdated m the
Capital Fund, Traffic Programs for the accountmg and budgetmg purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, that the City approve a supplemental appropriatton of $80,000 for the purpose of fundmg
the Wadsworth Corridor Study And that the fundmg shall come from the followmg sources
$25,000 - Grant, $27,500 - CapItal Fund Balance, $15,000 - EDARC ProfeSSIOnal ServIces,
$12,500 - ED ARC Fund Balance
DONE AND RESOLVED thIS 28th Dayof September, 1998
