RESOLUTION NO. 1692
TITLE
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
APPROPRIATION FOR THE COMPENSATED ABSENCE FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge does have an oblIgatIOn to prOVide compensatIOn to
employees who are no longer employed by the City; AND
WHEREAS, an amendment to the budget IS required to meet the financial obligatIOn,
i\ND
WHEREAS, an 1I1crease 111 expendltures of $11,000 be approved to complete the fiscal
year; AND
WHEREAS, the $11,000 be transferred from the Compensated Absences Fund Balance
to 19-607-700-788
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
RJdge, that the 1998 Compensated Expenditures Fund expenditures be increased by $11,000
through a budget transfer from Compensated Absences Fund Balance to the account 19-607-700-
788
