TITLE:
A RESOLUTION EST ABLlSHING HOW BUILDING
VALUATION IS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge had adopted the Uniform BUIlding Code, 1997
Edition, and
WHEREAS, the Umform BUIlding Code states, "the determmatlon of value or valuation
under any of the provIsion of this code shall be made by the bUIlding official, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to estabhsh a ul1lform and consistent method of
determlnmg bUIlding valuation for use In ealculatmg bUIlding permit fees."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, that the building valuation data table attached as Exhibit A, IS hereby adopted
for the purpose of determining bUlldmg valuatIOn and shall remain m effect unttl superseded by
ResolutIOn.
