RESOLUTION 03-2000
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2000 BUDGET FOR THE WHEAT
RIDGE GENERAL FUND & EDARC FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has expressed the need repair the Town Center
Park; and
Whereas, the Town Center Park is wIthin the boundaries of the Economic
Development and RevitalIzatIOn Commission (EDARC) area; and
WHEREAS, the EDARC Board has approved the funding of the project in the
amount of $54,500 from the EDARC Fund; and
WHEREAS, The funds are available in the EDARC Fund, fund balance and
should be transferred to the expenditure Ime lIsted below:
Account number 01-603-800-812, General Fund, Parks Capital Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Wheat Ridge has
amended the 2000 Budget as stated above
DONE AND RESOLVED thIS 24th day of Januar
