TITLE.
A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING FUNDS TITLED; "SALES TAX BOND
FUND" AND THE "SALES TAX BOND RESERVE FUND" FROM THE
CITY'S FINANCIAL REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY AND EXECUTE A
RESIDUAL EQUITY TRANSFER BY MOVING THE REMAINING MONIES
TO THE CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Whcal Ridge has fulfilled its contractual obl1gatlOns
related to the Sales Tax Revenue Refundmg Bond issue, Senes 1993
WHEREAS, 1he monlcs remmmng m the two funds should appropnately be
1ransferred to the fund of ongin, 1he Capital Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT thc City of Wheat Ridge shall
hereby approve 1he dIssolution of the Sales Tax Bond Fund and the Sales Tax Bond Reserve
Fund, WIth the residual mOlllCS transferred to the Capital Fund as stated in this Resolution.
