SERIES OF 2000
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE WHEAT RIDGE PARKS AND
RECREATION COMMISSION AS THE OVERSEEING COMMITTEE FOR
THE "All VETERANS MEMORIAL GAZEBO" LOCATED IN HAYWARD
PARK.
WHEREAS, The Ctty of Wheat RIdge III conjunctIon With Veterans OrgamzatlOns and
concerned CItizens has constructed the All Veterans Memorial Gazebo
located III Hayward Park; and
WHEREAS, The CIty has received requests for additIOns to the Veterans Memonal
Gazebo, and
WHEREAS, There IS a need to develop rules, regulations and polICIes to govern the use
of the All Veterans MemOrIal Gazebo, and
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation CommISSion IS authonzed to develop rules and
regulatIOns for the operatIOn of all other Parks and RecreatIOn facilItieS.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE CITY COUNCIL
THA T THE WHEAT RIDGE P ARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION BE APPOINTED AS
THE OVERSEEING COMMITTEE FOR THE "ALL VETERANS MEMORIAL GAZEBO"
LOC A TED IN HA YW ARD PARK.
