TITLE:
A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CML EXECUTIVE BOARD
CANDIDACY OF MAYOR GRETCHEN CERVENY
WHEREAS, the Colorado Municipal League (CML) requires that candIdates for the
CML Executive Board receIve the endorsement of the appropriate community's leglslatlve body;
and
WHEREAS, Mayor Cerveny's term on the CML ExecutIve Board wiIl expire June 21,
2001, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Cerveny has expressed mterest m continuing to serve on the CML
Executive Board; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Cerveny's service on behalf of the City of Wheat Ridge on the
CML Executive Board would be advantageous to the City of Wheat Ridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Wheat
Ridge that the candidacy and continued service for the CML ExecutIve Board IS hereby
endorsed as said service would be benefiCial to the City of Wheat Ridge
