TITLE:
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL
LOCATION FOR A BUS SHELTER
WHEREAS, the owner of property located at 4643 Wadsworth Boulevard has requested
that a bus shelter be lI1stalled at this locatIOn, and
WHEREAS, the City CouncIl deSlfes to deSignate the property located at 4643
Wadsworth Boulevard as a locatIOn for a bus shelter; and
WHEREAS, Wheat RIdge Code of Laws Section 21-151 reqmres that City CounCIl
approve addItIOnal bus shelter locatIOns by resolution, and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The property located at 4643 Wadsworth Boulevard IS hereby deSignated as a bus
shelter location pursuant to the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws.
B The zomng of the property allows the shelter to be used for advertlsmg.
