TITLE:
A RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING THE CITY
BUDGET FOR FUND 61 AND APPROPRIA TING SUMS OF
MONEY FOR FUND 61 IN THE AMOUNTS SPECIFIED BELOW
FOR THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO FOR THE 2002
BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge annual budget for Fund 61 for the fiscal year 2002
has been established and a public hearIng has been held after duly publIshed public notice, and
WHEREAS, the budget provides for the combination of revenue and excess fund
balance reserves equal to or greater that the total proposed expenditures as set forth III saId
budget in the total amount of $12,834,584 for Fund 61.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
RIdge, Colorado that the City of Wheat Ridge Budget for Fund 61, as stated in the Resolution be
hereby approved, adopted and appropriated for the entire fiscal period beginning January 1,2001
and ending December 31,2002.
