SERIES OF 2002
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE APPLICATION
FOR THE 2002 JOINT VENTURE IGRANT PROJECT TO JEFFERSON
COUNTY OPEN SPACE - DAVIS PROPERTY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the voters of Jefferson County voted on November 4, 1980 to allow for
mamtenance and development of Open Space lands and property Within Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Opcn Space has instituted a JOll1t Venture/Grant ProJcct
Program, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge would like to apply for a Joint Venture/Grant
Project With Jefferson County Open Space
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Thc City of Wheat Ridge requests fundmg from Jefferson County Open Space for the
Jomt Venture/Grant Project for the Davis Property
