RESOLUTION NO. 21-2002

TITLE
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4-2001 AND
ABOLISHING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 9.2 of the City of Wheat Ridge Home Rule
Charter ("Charter"), the Wheat Ridge City Council ("City Council") is authorized to
create boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, the power to create boards and commissions includes the power
to abolish the same; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to this authority, the City Council established the
Economic Development Task Force by Resolution No 4-2001; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to repeal Resolution No. 4-2001
and abolish the Economic Development Task Force
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wheat Ridge City Council, that

with Council.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption
