TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 01,
SERIES OF 2002, IN ORDER TO CORRECT THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS (CIP) BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge passed ResolutlOn No 01, Senes of2002
m order to appropriate sums of money to the vanous funds and spendIng agencies for the
2002 budget year; and
WHEREAS, Lme 2, Fund 30, Capital Fund IS funded at $5,562,000; and
WHEREAS, the correct fundmg for Lme 2, Fund 30, Capital Fund should be
$6,156,700;
WHEREAS, this actlOn will appropnate the correct sum of money to the Capital
Fund for the fiscal year 2002,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, that Resolution No. 01, Series of 2002 has been amended
appropriately.
