TITLE:
A RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING THE
CITY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY
TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES IN
THE AMOUNTS SPECIFIED BELOW FOR THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, FOR THE 2003 BUDGET
YEAR
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge annual budget for the fiscal year 2003 has been
established and public heanngs and meetmgs have been held after duly publIshed public notices,
and
WHEREAS, the budget prOVides for the combmatlOn of revenues and excess fund
balance reserves equal to or greater than the total proposed expendItures as set forth 111 said
budget in the total amount of$29,558,955 which mcludes the followmg funds

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, that the City of Wheat Ridge Total Budget as stated in the
Resolution be hereby approved, adopted, and appropriated for the entire fiscal period
beginning January 1, 2003 and ending December 31, 2003.
