TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2002
OPEN SPACE BUDGET TO REFLECT THE APPROVAL
OF A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a bid for Phase II and III of the CreeksIde
Park (Manwaring Field) project In the amount of$677,726 on July 8, 2002,
WHEREAS, the expenditures for the CreeksIde Park project were divided
between the ConservatIOn Trust Fund and the Open Space Fund;
WHEREAS, the Open Space Fund dId not have sufficIent funds appropnated for
the CreeksIde Park project;
WHEREAS, the Open Space Fund has sufficIent funds in un allocated reserves to
pay for the CreeksIde Park project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The City of Wheat RIdge fiscal year 2002 Open Space Budget be amended
accordingly, specIfically transferring $180,500 from Open Space
un allocated reserves Into account 32-601-800-862.
