TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2003
BUDGET TO REFLECT ACCEPTANCE OF THE LMC
FOUNDATION CONNECTING NEIGHBORS GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat RIdge was given $10,000 to assIst LMC
Foundation m administering a neIghborhood grant program, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept the funds in the amount of
$lO,OOO; and
WHEREAS, the Wheat RIdge Charter requIres that amendments to the budget be
effected by the City Council adoptmg a Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The City hereby accepts the funds.
B Upon receipt ofthe funds, that the funds be placed in the general fund.
C The City of Wheat Ridge fiscal year 2003 budget be amended accordmgly,
specIfically addmg $lO,OOO mto the Commumty Support mIscellaneous
servIces and charges account #0 l-l13- 700- 799
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS 28th day of July 2003.
