TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2003
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET TO
REFLECT THE APPROVAL OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the CIty Council awarded a bId for the Generator Replacement
project m the amount of $l 09,250 on October 13, 2003;
WHEREAS, the CIP Fund has $70,000 of budgeted funds avaIlable for the
Generator Replacement project;
WHEREAS, the CIP Fund has suffiCIent funds m undeslgnated reserves to pay
for the balance of the Generator Replacement proJect;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The CIty of Wheat Ridge fiscal year 2003 CIP Budget be amended
accordmgly, specIfically transferring $39,250 from CIP Fund
undeslgnated reserves into account 30-61 0-800-8ll
