TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2003
GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO REFLECT THE
APPROV AL OF A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET
APPROPRIA nON FOR THE WHEAT RIDGE
FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, the City Council established the Wheat RIdge FoundatIon for the
purpose of accepting tax deductible contributIOns,
WHEREAS, the Board of DIrectors for the Wheat Ridge FoundatIOn was
appomted July l4, 2003,
WHEREAS, Wheat Ridge Foundation has requestcd seed fundmg to be used for
legal fees associated wIth the incorporation, applIcatIOn fees, and InitIal operatIng
expenses and supplies,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The CIty of Wheat RIdge fiscal year 2003 General Fund Budget be
amended accordIngly, speCifically transferrIng $ 5,000. o (from General
Fund undeslgnated reserves Into account 01-113- 700- no
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS ~ day of October, 2003.
