TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2003
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET TO
REFLECT THE APPROVAL OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR THE REPAIR OF THE
CITY HALL HV AC SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the CIty Hall HV AC system IS m need of repair;
WHEREAS, funds must be desIgnated before a Request for Proposals for
Improvements can be mltiated,
WHEREAS, the CIP Fund has sufficient funds in undeslgnated reserves to pay
for the repaIr of the City Hal1 HV AC system,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The City of Wheat RIdge fiscal year 2003 CIP Budget be amended
accordmgly, speclfical1y transfemng $300,000 from CIP Fund
undeslgnated reserves mto account #30-6l 0-800-8ll
