TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR
2004 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO REFLECT THE
APPROVAL OF A BUDGET SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIA TION FOR PROVIDING CONTRACT
BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has been contracting
buildlllg mspection services during the tirst seven months of 2004; and
WHEREAS, the amount allocated m the 2004 budget is insufficient to continue
to contract building inspection services for the remainder of 2004; and
WHEREAS, funds must be allocated to continue contracting these services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A, The City of Wheat Ridge fiscal year 2004 General Fund Budget be
amended accordingly, specifically transferring $32,500 from General
Fund undesignated reserves into account #01-122-700-704.
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS ~ day of August 2004.
