RESOLUTION NO. 26
Series 2004
TITLE:
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING AND REPLACING RESOLUTION
NO. 11, SERIES 2003, AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF
DEPUTY CITY TREASURERS.
BE IT RESOLVED that Patnck L Goff, Administrative Services Director, or
Joseph E. Cassa, Interim Chief of Police, City of Wheat Ridge, are authorized in the
name of the City of Wheat Ridge, to collect, and assign all checks, drafts, notes and other
negotiable or non-negotiable instruments payable to this City, or in which this City has an
interest, and to draw, sign and delIver, in the name of this City, checks or drafts against
the funds of this City on deposit in the First Bank of Wheat Ridge;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carrying out this
resolution that Patrick L Goff or Joseph E. Cassa mentioned aforesaid be and are
appointed as Deputy Treasurers for the City of Wheat Ridge in the absence of the City
Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority of the aforesaid Deputy
Treasurers to perform each and all of the powers conferred by the foregoing Resolution
shall be m effect from October 11, 2004;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this ResolutIon rescinds and replaces
previous Resolution No II, Series 2003 authonzing appointment of Deputy City
Treasurers and shall remain III effect until notice of termination of such authority shall be
served m wnting upon the First Bank of Wheat Ridge, Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
