TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER AND
DEPUTY CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO INVESTMENT
TRANSACTIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE INVESTMENT POLICY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer and Deputy City Manager are
authorIzed in the name of the City of Wheat Ridge, to enter orders, purchase or sell
securities, certificates of deposits and other investment instruments approved by the City
of Wheat Ridge Investment Policy
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer and Deputy City
Manager also have signing authority on all City of Wheat Ridge checkmg and savings
accounts;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority shall be in effect from August
14,2006 and shall remain in effect until notice oftermmatlOn of such authority.
