TITLE:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY CONCERNING THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge City Council adopted Resolution No. 1354. Series 1993,
approving an intergovernmental cooperation agreement; and amended saId agreement on
December 21, 1993, December 20, 1994, February 10, 1997 and October 24,2005, and,
WHEREAS, it is desired by the parties to amend the intergovernmental cooperation
agreement to clarify the time frame for the distribution of CDBG funds.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
A. The Wheat Ridge City Council hereby approves the amendment to the
mtergovernmental cooperation agreement with Jefferson County concerning the Community
Development Block Grant as shown on attached Exhibit A as paragraph 5c.
