TITLE: CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO RESOLUTION 21 SERIES 2009 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS IN THE PROJECTED AMOUNT OF $3,644.00 FOR THE CITIZEN BUDGET OVERSIGHT
COMMITTEE TO BE FUNDED BY THE LEGISLATIVE SERVICES BUDGET WHEREAS, Resolution 07-2009 established the Citizen Budget Oversight Committee to review the overall financial condition of
the City, and provide recommendations for increased and diverse revenues in an executive summary to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the CBOC goal is to provide a citizens' analysis and
perspective of 2010 programs and services provided by the City to its citizens and the long-term revenues needed to fund such programs and services; and WHEREAS, members of the CBOC
were appointed by the Mayor and ratified by City Council on February 23,2009; and WHEREAS, costs associated with televising four meetings, minute transcription of seven meetings and
miscellaneous materials for the Committee are projected to be $2,744.00 with an additional $900.00 in kind staff time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wheat Ridge City Council,
that: $2,744.00 will be funded from the Legislative Service account 01-102-700-702, specifically, $1,000.00 from Council Member Sang's Conference and Meeting Account, $844.00 from Council
Member Langworthy's Conference and Meeting Account and $900.00 from Council Member Stites' Conference and Meeting Account. DONE AND RESOLVED this 23'd day of March, 2009. Michael Snow,
