TITLE: CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 22 SERIES OF 2009 A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT TRACT A OF THE RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF FRUITDALE VALLEY SUBDIVISION SHALL BE USED
FOR STREET PURPOSES WHEREAS, the Resubdivision of a Portion of Fruitdale Valle6' Subdivision established Tract A, a one foot strip of land at the east end of West 46t Avenue; and WHEREAS,
the City of Wheat Ridge is owner of Tract A by virtue of dedication of the same by the plat of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, Lot 2 of the Pumpkin Patch Subdivision will access West
46th Avenue; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows: Tract A of the Resubdivision of a Portion of Fruitdale Subdivision
is declared street rightof-way and an extension of West 46th Avenue. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption. DONE AND RESOLVED THIS DAY April ~/ATTEST: /p~ Michael
